When I began my journey with Parveen, my goal was to gain flexibility, mobility and strength in my physical ability. Having Psoriatic Arthritis my joints had become stiff. She helped me with adapting workout plans to facilitate my recovery by carrying out physio stretches. This helped me with my mental health as well as my physical health-as a result I lost inches off my waist, arms and back. She made me believe to never give up, remain consistent, and her optimism is infectious. I am grateful to Parveen.
